Clients usually ask what kind of fishing is my favorite expecting to hear that I fly someplace exotic in the winter and spend long days chasing some legendary fish. But the real truth is that my favorite is helping 
a family go fishing for the first time and catching a bunch of perch and sunfish.
It is easy for me to get caught up in the good fishing, fun with clients and wildlife sightings every day and lose sight if the simple beauty of the place I get to call an office. Not every client will put up with a guide
who asks for a 5AM start but some will and as you can see it is it’s own reward!
One morning last week at I am guessing about 5:15 AM on the Saint George River. I’m guessing that you missed it.
It has been a very busy summer and I have enjoyed spending time with a variety of folks from around the country (actually the world). I am fortunate because each client brings a new appreciation for where I live and work and how amazing this place is.
