The season is off to its start. The grass is getting green and the first flowers are in bloom. All of our local lakes and ponds are ice free and waiting. I took the winter cover off of the boat last week and actually got in a few hours of fishing a few days later.

For winter to tire, not very patiently. Looking out the window over my desk this morning down across the field is a normal winter scene. Snow falling moderately with the wind pushing it sideways. Ground covered but at least the road is still bare. Not exactly what I have in mind for April.
