This spring the weather has been off to a slow start, but we are turning the corner to warmer brighter days. Water temperatures are gradually warming, and fish are certainly getting more active as temperatures rise.
This week I went to the annual Maine Tourism Conference and heard the outlook for the coming season. Which got me remembering the great times I have been privileged to share with you. I have to admit that there is a kind of magic that happens on the Maine water—the quiet ripple of a line hitting the surface, the sudden shadow of an eagle overhead, and the laughter of a family sharing a moment without the distraction of screens.
For 40 years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing those moments with you.
As we kick off the 40th Anniversary Season, I’ve been thinking about the many families I’ve watched growing up in the bow of my boat. Whether we were chasing your first smallmouth bass, spotting muskrats along the shore, or simply enjoying a shoreside lunch, those memories are the reason Maine Outdoors exists.
Because you’ve been a part of our journey, I wanted to reach out to you first as the summer calendar fills up. The 40th season is already off to a busy start, and I would love to see you and your family back on the boat. If you know when you will be in the area reservations would be a good idea.
Come write or call if I can help you create your outdoor memories. Or make your reservation online at this link.
Looking forward to sharing some time on the water with you!
Best regards,
