Most mornings on the lower Saint George are beautiful and I always report that at home but there is nothing like seeing it firsthand. We had my brother and sister in-law visit last weekend which 
prompted a seal watching trip on the river.
The seasons are changing and we are headed to fall. The signs are all around the cardinal flowers are in full bloom along the river banks, red leaves here and there along the roads and a few flame
red maples in the swamps.
As luck would have it my birthday falls in the middle of the busiest part of my summer season. Most years I spend the day guiding and hope to get out to supper in the evening. This year was no different
